I reached out to the company that dose provide coverage for our fleet, well it was 4:38 pm, and I couldn't get anyone in that office to pick up the phone. Desperate, I called Barbs office, they answered and covered the truck so we would not be down. It was 4:59 they close at 5, now that is caring for your customers."
